Po Leung Kuk has once again been invited by the Tencent Charity Foundation to collaborate on the “Together for Good!” charity programme, extending its reach to benefit over 2,000 grassroots schoolchildren, youth and their families. The programme has organised various activities, including “MaMa Me Time”, where grassroots mothers from different affiliated schools could enjoy leisure time and acquire new skills. Additionally, grassroots students and their families participated in a series of extracurricular activities to broaden their horizons and foster stronger parent-child relationships. Furthermore, grassroots youth were encouraged to engage in adventure training and experiential activities, allowing them to discover their potential. The Programme kick-started on Mother’s Day and more than 10,000 students from affiliated schools and young people participated in making “Little Safflower” to symbolise their wish to help needy people pursue their dreams. Po Leung Kuk has once again become one of the beneficiaries of the Tencent’s “99 Giving Day” campaign. More individuals in need were benefited from the public donations matched by Tencent Charity Foundation.
