The Kuk received funding to set up the C.K.Heung Fund for Residents of Residential Child Care Services to provide developmental and learning support to children currently and formerly under the Kuk’s residential care, including the provision of learning materials, vocational skills training, subsidies for tuition fees and living expenses at tertiary institutions, etc.
