A legal talk offered by The Law Society of Hong Kong was held successfully on 19th May 2018 at Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Sau Nan Primary School. Ms. Serina Chan, Chairlady of the Working Group attended the talk as supporters. The speakers of the talk from the Law Society are Mr. Stanley Chan and Ms. Marina Fung. The topics of the talk are “Negligence and legal responsibility of schools and teachers”, and “Criminal liability and School discipline, Outdoor activity and Risk assessment”. Over 170 participants coming from 59 schools attended the talk.
