Remarks:
- Complete the donation form and send it together with a crossed cheque made payable to "Po Leung Kuk", a bank deposit slip (original copy) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) information to Po Leung Kuk, 66 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
- Donations of $100 or above are tax-deductible. An official donation receipt will be issued by PLK.

Time Watch Investments Limited Presents: Po Leung Kuk CNY Charity TV Show will be on air at 8:00 pm on 25 January 2020, the first day of Chinese New Year, on TVB Jade.
Produced by Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), a range of entertaining shows and fun-filled charity games with popular artistes and singers will be featured. The show will also share our recent works on elderly service. Raised proceeds will be used to support a range of elderly services of Po Leung Kuk. Come join us to support the elderly in need!
- For every donation of $500, you are sponsoring an elderly to receive a dental care treatment session;
- For every donation of $2,500, you are sponsoring an elderly to acquire a wheelchair or a smart electronic device;
- For every donation of $5,000, you are sponsoring 50 elderlies to receive medical treatment at PLK’s Mobile Chinese Medical Clinic;
- For every donation of $10,000, you are sponsoring 500 elderlies to enjoy a set of hot meal at PLK’s Community Canteen.
