Remarks:
- Complete the donation form and send it together with a crossed cheque made payable to "Po Leung Kuk", a bank deposit slip (original copy) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) information to Po Leung Kuk, 66 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
- Donations of $100 or above are tax-deductible. An official donation receipt will be issued by PLK.

As one of the most well established charitable organizations in Hong Kong, Po Leung Kuk is operating over 300 functional units, providing diversified services of social welfare, education, medical, recreation and culture, covering more than 700,000 beneficiaries every year. Thankful to the generous support from the partnerships with enterprises and donors as well as the public at large, during the global pandemic, the Kuk could respond swiftly and efficiently to relieve the hardships faced by the vulnerable ones through the COVID-19 Response Programme and various supportive measures.
The new Board of Director will continue the longstanding commitment to the community. We humbly count on your continued support and donation in lieu of Floral Baskets, as your gesture of support to the new Board. Your contribution will propel the Kuk forward through strengthening our diversified services and benefitting more people in need. Donation with the amount of HK$2,000 or above will be acknowledged at the Kuk website and newspaper advertisement*. On behalf of all our beneficiaries, we heartily appreciate your generous support.
For every donation of $350, a person in need could receive a one-week food pack
For every donation of $2,000, 10 poor patients could receive medical consultation services and basic medication
For every donation of $3,000, an underprivileged elderly could get free home safety evaluation and related improvement works
For every donation of $4,900, a person in need could receive nutritious hot meals for two weeks
