Parent-Child Muscle-Boosting Games Workshop

Objectives:

  • To help parents better understand the development of gross motor skills in preschool children, and to help them plan and arrange appropriate exercise to continuously improve their overall physical development, such as limb coordination, balance, mobility, and muscle endurance.

Content:   

  • A registered physiotherapist from the Social Welfare Department explained the milestones of gross motor development in young children, enabling parents to understand their children's gross motor development at different ages and learn how to use diverse physical games in daily life to improve their children's physical development.
