We are an Early Education and Training Centre funded by the Social Welfare Department and governed by Po Leung Kuk. Since 2014 we began to provide professional training for children with special needs, to support and enable parents to accept, understand, care for and faclitate the development of their children. Our objective is to nurture the children’s holistic development and maximize their learning potential, which will help lay a better foundation for their future education and development.

Disabled children from newborn up to the age of 6

Monday to Saturday  9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

(Service hours could be extended to 8:00pm from Monday to Friday if necessary.)

Sunday  9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 12:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m.

(12 Sunday sessions in total each year)

$148 per year

Applicants may contact the Social Welfare Department, Child Assessment Centres (Department of Health), Family Service Centres of the district or school social workers from kindergartens for applicaton.
