Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Head of Human Resources / Section Head, lead a team to manage the compensation and benefits programmes of the whole organization; 
- Provide HR data analysis for development of human resources strategies; 
- Review workflow and process for continuous improvement; 
- Participate in HRIS and oversee the payroll and benefits module; 
- Lead all C&B projects; 
- Review and develop HR policies and guidelines; and 
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. 
Our Requirements:
The appointee should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- Degree holder with at least 8 ‘years of experience in managing compensation and benefits, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position; 
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different level of staff; 
- Team player with positive attitude; 
- Strong leadership and coaching skills; and 
- Analytical and detail-oriented. 
Appointment will be on renewable contract terms.
