We invite high caliber personnel to fill the following half-time positions. We may offer a full-time position on Policy Research and Liaison Officer to candidate with demonstrated expertise in policy research and Mainland liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate should ideally possess all of the following attributes:
Monitoring and analyzing government policies, industry trends, legislation, and funding related to social services;
Developing data-driven recommendations to optimize service delivery;
Preparing compelling reports and presentations of research findings; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
Our Requirements:
The appointee should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Public Administration, Policy Studies, or a related discipline;
At least 3 years of policy research experience;
Experience in working with Mainland China stakeholders would be an advantage;
Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills; and
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
