Human Resources Officer (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full spectrum of recruitment process such as posting recruitment advertisement, conduct interview, confirm employment offer and handle onboarding, etc.; 

  • Monitor manpower budget and headcount;

  • Handle staff movement cases such as promotion, transfer and departure, etc.;

  • Coordinate on performance management process such as appraisal review, salary review and employment contract renewal;

  • Assist in HR projects including work process review, enhancement of HRIS, staff activities, job fair or recruitment talk, staff training etc.;

  • Perform other duties as assigned supervisor(s).

 

Our Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;

  • 3-5 years’ solid human resources working experience preferable with sizable company / NGO;

  • Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances;

  • Mature, detail-oriented, a team player, able to work independent;

  • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

  • Good command of MS Office (i.e. Vlookup and Pivot Table) and Chinese Word Processing.
