The Centre acknowledges the funding support for the project from the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, the Youth Development Commission and the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.

Project scope

The Centre has been funded by “Funding Scheme for Youth Life Planning Activities” of Youth Development Commission since 2022 to organise a life planning project for secondary schools. Through these years, the diverse activities that match students’ needs include themed talks, workshops, company visits, work experience etc.

Project highlight

Aiming at “acknowledging oneself”, “broadening horizons”, “setting goals” and “enhancing capability”, activities that suit service recipients’ situations are provided in different themes and formats, including understanding oneself in junior secondary school, selecting senior secondary school subjects in Form 3, articulation pathway in Form 6, mock interview and release of HKDSE results, and a number of workshops and experiential activities. These are all instrumental in broadening horizons before setting goals.
