A: The Media Production Centre is a unit under the Youth Services Department of Po Leung Kuk, focusing equally on media production and youth training. Our team possesses backgrounds in youth media services, commercial production, and corporate communications, with extensive experience in event filming, animation, media training, and project promotion; we have collaborated with numerous public and private sector organizations.
Q: What are your standard rates?
A: Filming services are calculated based on 4-hour sessions, with quotes determined by the size of the production crew and project complexity; media training sessions are 2 hours long; micro-movies and animations are quoted on a project-by-project basis. Please contact us for a free quotation.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept P-Cards?
A: We accept government P-Cards, cheques, and bank transfers, and are well-versed in the procurement and acceptance procedures of NGOs and government departments.

A: We have conducted media workshops for various local organizations and educational institutions—covering topics such as photography, AI, voice-over, and scriptwriting—and have also organized "Other Learning Experience" (OLE) courses for secondary schools.
