King Yin Pavilion

  • To commemorate the 80th anniversary of Po Leung Kuk, the Board of the Kuk chose to erect a Chinese pavilion to compliment the Chinese renaissance architectural style of the Kuk headquarters.
  • Within the pavilion, names of past and present directors of the Kuk are inscribed. The name “King Yin” means the commemoration of predecessors. It is hoped that guests may appreciate the generous spirit of former leaders.

  • A table carved in stone donated by director Mr. CHOW Yau is installed in the pavilion. An inscribed chessboard can be found on the table for Chinese chess playing, as well.
