Corridors

 

  • The Main Building’s corridors feature a spacious atmosphere, with a maximum ceiling height of above five metres.
  • High ceiling promotes better ventilation and improves the building’s habitability, which is commonly found in colonial architecture of Hong Kong.

  • Prior to the invention of air-conditioning, high ceilings are often found in buildings designed between the late 19th and early 20th century.
