Volunteers have always been a vital cornerstone behind the development of Po Leung Kuk’s multifaceted social services.

To further expand the volunteer network and enhance service quality, Po Leung Kuk has launched the "Po Leung Kuk Volunteer Charter ", a cross-sector collaboration platform that connects individuals, corporates, and organisations to encourage broader participation in volunteer services.

Participating organisations are invited to pledge that employees’ participation in Po Leung Kuk volunteer services will be recognised as a consideration in recruitment and internal promotion processes, encouraging staff to give back to society and fostering a culture of care.

By signing the Charter, companies will be designated as 'Charter Partner Corporations’. This enables them to fulfill corporate social responsibility through their HR policies while elevating their brand image and public recognition.

Po Leung Kuk will also present certificates at an appreciation ceremony to recognise their outstanding contributions, and acknowledge “Charter Partner Corporates” across various promotional platforms.
