The Kuk’s youth services received support from JSM for the “2024–25 GBA Legal Education and Entrepreneurship Programme”, which aims to enhance the legal knowledge and entrepreneurial skills of local secondary school students and entrepreneurs aged 18 to 40, encouraging them to explore opportunities in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). This programme includes legal workshops, business plan competitions, and professional training, helping young people acquire knowledge and pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. It is expected that over 1,185 individuals will be benefited from the programme.

The Kuk organised a variety of events, including 7 in-person workshops on legal matters in the Greater Bay Area, 4 online workshops covering legal issues and entrepreneurship, 2 briefings for the business plan competition, and 10 one-on-one pitching training sessions. The finale for the business plan competition was successfully held in Nansha, Guangzhou. Participants gained in-depth insights into the legal framework and entrepreneurial environment of the Greater Bay Area, while enhancing their presentation and pitching skills.

 

 

The award presentation ceremony for the 2024 GBA Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition brought together numerous representatives from innovation and entrepreneurship bases in the GBA, as well as young entrepreneurs, creating an excellent interactive platform for the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
