The programme aims to nurture youths to become entrepreneurs by engaging them in community outreach and stakeholder interaction. By leading practical initiatives with a design mindset, youths were motivated to become fully involved, thereby building relationships with the community and establishing their own meaning in life, leading to a sense of fulfillment. Participating youths conceived innovative solutions on 4 major issues: “Growth and Development of Grassroots Children”, “Health and Welfare of the Elderly”, “Inclusion of People with Disabilities”, and “Environmental Protection and Development”, which brought about a positive impact on the community, enhanced the sense of belonging, hence building up mutual trust in the community.
