The Ho Man Fat Memorial Foundation supported the “Re-taste” Soft Meal Campaign, which aims to support the elderly and the people suffering from swallowing difficulties by enhancing the quality of their meals, so as to help them regain the joy of eating, maintain a healthy body and improve their quality of life. The campaign is based on the community where the Kuk’s units are located, and it also links up with other community partners to distribute soft meals in the districts. At the same time, the campaign also organises community education activities to enhance the public understanding of soft meals and their concern for those with swallowing difficulties.
