The Kuk was funded by HSBC Hong Kong to launch a three-year programme with the support from the Investor and Financial Education Council. The Programme is composed of two different components for kindergartens and primary schools. Upper primary students learn to lead lower primary students as “Financial Ambassadors” through a range of activities and training, so as to build a favourable financial management learning environment together at school; parent-child and parenting workshops are held at kindergartens to teach parenting techniques and methods in financial management education, and to teach children fundamental concepts of financial management.
