Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning internal service audit and as member of the quality assurance team to conduct regular internal audits;
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing the results of internal and external audits or feedback;
• Assist in monitoring the implementation status and effectiveness of existing monitoring mechanisms across different service divisions;
• Monitor to ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions; and
• Provide support in analyzing audit results and drafting reporting documents and improvement schemes.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Quality Management, Social Service Management, Financial Management, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated team player; and
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
