Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for nearly 148 years.  The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and medical and integrated health services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units.  It attends to more than 2,700,000 visits for services per year in the past 3 years with about 45,000 students of its affiliated schools.  We are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the position below.

Po Leung Kuk Education Affairs Department is implementing Positive Education in PLK primary schools. The responsibilities of the successful candidate include:

• Oversee project implementation and track progress
• Manage project preparation and stakeholder consultation
• Consult with school heads, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Guide schools in implementing a data-driven approach to Positive Education.
• Monitor and coordinate project activities
• Attend meetings with school heads, teachers, PLK representatives, and team members.
• Conduct regular reviews of implementation progress at participating schools.
• Provide feedback based on class observations and debriefing sessions.
• Conduct training sessions for teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and parents
• Develop resources related to Positive Education
• This duty list is subject to review periodically and additional duties would be included if the post so requires.

Employment period: 18^thOctober, 2026 – 23^rd January, 2027

Requirements

Applicants should possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology from a local university or equivalent qualifications. Knowledge of Positive Psychology is an advantage.  S/He should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
