Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 147 years.  The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and medical and integrated health services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units.  It attends to more than 2,700,000 visits for services per year in the past 3 years with about 45,000 students of its affiliated schools.  We are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the position below.

Job Title: (Senior) Corporate Communications Executive – (Digital Promotion)

Key Responsibilities

1. Multimedia Production & Content Creation

• Lead end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, including directing, shooting, and post-editing for social media and video platforms
• Create visually compelling graphics and promotional materials
• Conduct photo shoots and perform image retouching

2. Social Media Strategy & Copywriting

• Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across social media channels
• Produce engaging copy and multimedia campaigns aligned with organizational objectives to diverse digital audiences

3. Campaign Management & Digital Innovation

• Coordinate integrated multimedia campaigns across multiple platforms
• Monitor emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
• Provide rapid support for urgent fundraising and communications initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Creative Media, or related field; minimum 3-4 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
• Strong skills in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator; or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & content creation strategies
• Creative, detail-oriented individual with ability to manage multiple projects
• Proactive team player with passion to make positive impact in the community
• Knowledge of China digital marketing platforms is an advantage
