Responsibilities

  • Preparation of tender documents including production of working drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and contract conditions.
  • Site Supervision and quality control, co-ordination, payments evaluation and final accounts settlement.
  • Assisting in project management works for purpose-built projects when assigned by his/her superior(s).
  • Any other duties as may from time to time be assigned by his/he superior(s).

Requirements

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines i.e. Building Surveying, Building Studies, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design or Architecture, with at least 4 years’ relevant experience OR

  • Higher Diploma with at least 6 years’ relevant experience
  • Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Working experience in architecture/surveying will be an advantage
