We invite high caliber personnel who is dynamic, organized and self-motivated to be a part of our Fund-raising Department for the following position:

(Senior) Executive, Event Marketing (Ref: SE-EM)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of fund-raising programmes/events and network building initiatives
• Manage fundraising events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, drafting of appeals, speeches, press releases, social media content/posts, features and correspondences, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, etc.
• Produce high quality promotional and publicity materials, both print and digital, from content development to production
• Manage fundraising events within deadlines and critical dates.
• Liaise with donors and corporations to explore sponsorship opportunities
• Prepare fundraising proposals and communication materials
• Explore regular donation channels which help provide stable income for the Kuk’s charitable services
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Marketing / Communications / or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the fields of fund-raising, marketing communications, or event management
• Good command of speaking, listening and writing in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Mature, meticulous and also an efficient and motivated self-starter
• Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
• Need to work in the evening on weekdays and weekends occasionally
• Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
