Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the recruitment team in managing the daily recruitment operations including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, handling employment reference checks and arranging on-boarding logistics, etc.;
  • Prepare various types of documentation including employment contract, salary review letter and employment certification, etc.;
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS accurately;
  • Maintain a proper filing system, manage personal files and handle confidential documents;
  • Perform human resources and administrative support duties for the department;
  • Assist in data analysis and the preparation of HR reports when needed; and
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Our Requirements:

The appointee should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or a related discipline is preferred;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ related HR experience, exposure to NGOs or public entities would be a definite advantage (Fresh graduates are also welcome);
  • Strong attention to details, well-organized, self-motivated and able to manage multi-tasks effectively;
  • A good team player with the ability to work independently; and
  • Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
