Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 147 years.  The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and medical and integrated health services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units.  It attends to more than 2,700,000 visits for services per year in the past 3 years with about 45,000 students of its affiliated schools.  We are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the position below.

Project Officer(Ref: PO)

Po Leung Kuk Education Affairs Department has launched a project of implementing positive education in our secondary schools from 2024 to 2027. The successful candidate will be required to

• Assist in organizing meetings and sharing sessions, preparing minutes, correspondence, reports and training materials, and developing publication materials
• Work close with Education Psychologists
• Assist in school trainings
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Psychology, Management/Administration or related fields
• Relevant experience in NGO or school administrative work will be an advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate a good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
