Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and unpaid work matching for service recipients;
• Assign unpaid work arrangements to service recipients according to service requirements;
• Complete the Case Assessment Form and make recommendation on matching suitable unpaid work of recipients;
• Provide on-site supervision to service recipients, including safety regulations and disciplinary requirements;
• Record the attendance, progress, and performance of service recipients.

Requirements:

• Form Three or above.
