Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the planning, execution, and daily monitoring of grant-funded projects. Ensure strict compliance with funding objectives, key performance indicators, progress timelines, and budget allocations.
• Develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives to align with overall business objectives.
• Collect, track, and analyze service metrics and statistical data.Prepare interim, annual, and completion reports as required by funding bodies.
• Assist in managing project resources and activity budgets.Plan and execute promotional strategies and community outreach activities. 

Our Requirements: 

The appointee should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• Recognized tertiary education degree / diploma or above.
• Relevant work experience in project coordination or grant management is preferable.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and data/metrics handling skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
