Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of office administration functions to headquarter and warehouse including but not least to office system maintenance, housekeeping service, venue/meeting management, car transfer arrangement, mailing service, office supplies/equipment procurement and renovation, etc.

 

Our Requirements:

 

The appointee should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

 

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in office administration or related discipline;
  • Around 5 years of relevant experiences with at least 2 years at officer level;
  • Well-organized and good ability to enhance workflow, stable, proactive, good communication skill and team spirit;
  • Competent writing skills in both Chinese and English;and
  • Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Outlook。
