保良局是香港歷史悠久的慈善機構，至今服務香港147年。保良局透過其300多個服務單位，為社區各年齡層人士提供多元化、優質的社會、教育、青少年、康樂、文化以及醫療和綜合健康服務。過去三年，保良局平均每年服務人次超過270萬，屬校學生約4萬5千人。我們現誠邀優秀人才申請以下職位空缺。

職位：博物館主任 – 博物館

主要職務

• 處理博物館日常營運，包括接待參觀者、解答一般諮詢及銷售紀念品、處理團體參觀預約申請及撰寫相關營運資料的報告；
• 負責博物館的恆常教育及對外活動，包括提供團體導賞及支援學者查閱文獻及研究等；
• 協助舉辦各種教育活動及工作坊，如工作坊、講座及網上活動等；
• 負責管理博物館文物檔案及館藏，包括檔案編目及入藏工作；
• 進行本局歷史蒐集工作，包括口述歷史紀錄及收集局內外之檔案文物；
• 參與展覽策劃工作，包括草擬展覽內容、製作及佈置展品等；
• 協助及籌劃修復及保護文物之工作；
• 承上級指示安排工友之工作；
• 協助處理緊急突發事務。

資歷要求:

• 學士或以上學歷，修讀歷史或檔案管理者優先考慮
• 中英文讀寫講能力良好，流利普通話
• 須熟悉電腦操作，懂得運用軟件處理圖片及剪輯影片者優先
• 能獨立處理職務，具良好溝通技巧及重視團隊精神
• 具博物館或檔案館經驗者優先考慮

工作時間

• 每周工時44小時(每日09:00-17:48)，五天工作，包括星期六，休息日或按工作需要而調整
• 星期日及公眾假期休息
