Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 147 years.  The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and medical and integrated health services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units.  It attends to more than 2,700,000 visits for services per year in the past 3 years with about 45,000 students of its affiliated schools.  We are now inviting high caliber candidates to apply for the position below.

Job Title: (Senior) Corporate Communications Executive – (Digital Promotion)

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Content Creation & Production

• Produce and edit short-and long-form video infotainment content for social media platforms and YouTube
• Lead video directing, shooting, and post-production workflows
• Manage the complete video production lifecycle from concept to delivery

2. Social Media Content & Design

• Create visually compelling social media graphics, content, and promotional materials
• Develop and execute content strategies across various social media platforms

3. Photography & Image Retouching

• Conduct photo shoots and perform professional photo editing and retouching
• Manage digital assets and maintain organized photo libraries

4. Written Content Creation

• Write engaging copy for digital and social media platforms
• Develop compelling narratives and messaging for multimedia campaigns

5. Other Responsibilities

• Coordinate multimedia campaigns across multiple platforms
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
• Support urgent fund-raising and communications projects as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Creative Media, or related field; minimum 3-4 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
• Strong skills in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator; or similar)
• Excellent photography and photo retouching capabilities
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & content creation strategies
• Creative, detail-oriented individual with ability to manage multiple projects
• Proactive team player with passion to make positive impact in the community
• Knowledge of China digital marketing platforms is an advantage
