Reporting to the Manager of Central Administration and assist in the areas of office administration as well as department day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team to oversee day-to-day office administration
• Provide a full spectrum of office administration functions to headquarter and warehouse including but not least to office system maintenance, housekeeping service, venue/meeting management, car transfer arrangement, mailing service, office supplies/equipment procurement and renovation, etc.

Our Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in office administration or related discipline;
• Around 5 years of relevant experiences with at least 2 years at senior officer level;
• Well-organized and good ability to enhance workflow, stable, proactive, good communication skill and team spirit;
• Competent writing skills in both Chinese and English; and
• Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Candidate with less experience/qualification will be considered as Administration Officer
