Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate unpaid work and assist to ensure good collaboration of host organizations;

• Complete the Case Assessment Form and make recommendation on matching suitable unpaid work of recipients;

• Provide on-site supervision to service recipients, including safety regulations and disciplinary requirements;

• Monitor recipients and conduct performance evaluation for them;

• Follow up absence, underperformance and misbehavior case when needed.

Requirements:

• Form Five or above, able to follow up cases independently.
