Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily administrative functions in compliance with organizational policies;
• Compile reports, statistics, and assist in research projects;
• Coordinate the unpaid work programme, including identifying opportunities and assessing service recipients' needs;
• Supervise and support host organizations to ensure satisfactory service quality through site visits;
• Recruit, orient, supervise, and evaluate all project staff;
• Plan and provide staff training and development programmes;
• Establish and maintain relationships with government departments, NGOs, and other community bodies;
• Assist the Service Manager in handling public relations matters of the Project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with minimum 5 years working experience.
