How to leave a legacy?

 

Making a bequest in your Will is not complicated.  You may consult your lawyers or visit the Law Society of Hong Kong’s website for advice on how to draw up your Will.  Here are also some suggestions for your consideration.

 
Monetary legacy To determine a specific monetary amount for PLK in your Will.
Residual legacy

To donate whatever is left of your estate – or a percentage thereof – after all your other gifts, taxes and debts have been paid out. A residual legacy allows you to first support your family and loved ones, leaving PLK whatever may be left over afterwards.
Others To donate all or part of your valuable items such as stocks, securities and properties to PLK.
 
Naming PLK as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy
 

You may donate the whole of or a percentage of the life insurance policy to us.

Please refer to the LifeCare Movement website for details. Please fill out the letter of notification and send a copy via fax# 2882 9036 to PLK as record. Please include the following information in the letter of notification:
