Remarks:

1. Please complete the donation form and send it together with a crossed cheque, pay-in slip or credit card information to Po Leung Kuk, 66 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
   
2. Official receipts will be issued. Donations of HK$100 or above are tax-deductible.
   
3. Donors may choose to supplement the Kuk's recurrent expenditure in general, or donate towards its welfare, educational, cultural or recreational services; or designate for a specific group of the Kuk's clientele such as children, elders or the mentally retarded. Please indicate as appropriate while making donation.
