Your participation is important for Po Leung Kuk to carry out relief work in the community. By putting your love into action by donating to Po Leung Kuk Charity Fund for the Disadvantaged, you can help to provide temporary financial assistance to individuals and families in need.

Scope

  • To care for the daily/social/livelihood/education and medical needs of the disadvantaged individuals and families
  • To provide extra support to children from PLK’s residential child care service
  • To ease the desperate situation of the vulnerable individuals and families by emergency monetary assistance

Eligibility

  • Children from Po Leung Kuk’s residential child care service : Apply through PLK’s Social Service Department
  • Hong Kong residents : By referral from the Social Welfare Department
  • The applicant should not be a former beneficiary of the Fund

Amount to be granted

  • The maximum amount of grant by the Fund for each application would be HK$5,000. The Fund may in its absolute discretion determine the exact amount of the grant for each application.
