Our aims

With our aims of caring, respecting, empowering, and providing quality services, we deliver comprehensive range of social services to those in need. PLK encourages members of the public to foster the spirit of care for the underprivileged and actively promote harmony at home and in the community. We currently have over 126 service units serving more than 70,000 members of the public.
